My first release in 2018 on R.A.R.E Art Labs was of Vitalik Buterin, the first portrait of the Decentral Eyes Portrait Series. Before I was making 3D animated rotations with my portraits, I was creating true stereoscopic 3D artworks that viewers use red/blue 3D glasses to see depth in the image. Since the crypto art space was so brand new in 2018, this artwork went unnoticed for over a year. As the technology evolved and I saw the value of ERC-721 NFTs, I chose to burn all my unsold tokens on R.A.R.E., thus rewarding early collectors and improve scarcity. Since no one bought the original ERC-20 token of Vitalik, it sat in my digital archives as the Decentral Eyes series continued to evolve. I chose to release this as a 1/1 on Super Rare to give it its proper place as an ERC-721 NFT, especially as this is a first of style artwork and the genesis artwork of the entire Decentral Eyes series that has evolved so much since this work was created. Dimensions: 3200px x 4000px, JPEG This artwork also comes with a signed pair of Coldie/Hackatao 3D glasses with the name of this piece noted on the glasses frame. The red/blue lenses show the image in stereoscopic 3D with the depth it was intended to be seen.
